STEAM Education

 

The goals of STEAM education are:

To cultivate students' understanding of and interest in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM), preparing them for further study and careers in a rapidly changing world.

To enhance students' ability to integrate and apply knowledge and skills from different disciplines through participation in various activities and competitions.

To develop students' innovation, collaboration, problem-solving, and creativity skills, and foster their entrepreneurial spirit.

 

How we foster the STEAM spirit in our school:

Nominate students for various STEAM competitions, providing them with opportunities to apply interdisciplinary knowledge and skills and develop problem-solving skills.

Implement a comprehensive curriculum within the STEAM subject, including coding, robotics, and art elements, allowing students to explore the intersection of technology, art, and innovation.

Design and implement a school-based curriculum that integrates technology and art into daily life, helping students understand the practical applications of STEAM in various fields.

Provide additional courses for gifted students to further develop their advanced coding and STEAM skills, catering to their individual interests and talents.
